Ties ordered for Christmas gifts never received. Original order had 4 ties; three separate delivery addresses. None of the receiptents ever received ties. I contacted "live support" and was told to check back in 20 days. After that "live support" said I had to talk with Paolo from the company. He provided me with the same Incorrect tracking numbers. Said I needed to file claim with DHL.

Tracking numbers provided by Raffaello were incorrect.

Getting the run around from this company.

I would never order again and I would urge others to stay away from this on line company.Help

I also ordered a pair of boots from this company which were over $300 and never received them! Whenever I called the customer service number, no one ever answered.

Order at your own risk. As the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true - it probably is.

Big lesson learned here.

Read the whole website... smart shopping online, use live chat, the writing is there, save it as a phone conversation is Here say...

Duh... technology today people read their FAQ's and help section before purchasing contact on live chat with questions!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT! They take the orders and donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt ship out the merchandise. I ordered a Prada Briefcase on Dec 5, 2011 and paid by Paypal in the amount of $1,268.00 USD. It is now Dec 16th and they have not shipped nor can they tell me when it will ship. They keep telling me they need more time to process. I am going to contact Paypal today and have it cancelled. They have absolutely no customer service, and they donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt even answer the phone.

Trust me stay away, this is not worth it.

I ordered 3 pair of prada sneakers. Unfortunately the company overcharged me by 234.20. I contacted customer service who responded in a very nice email

"We have now authorized the re-credit of your account and a such money will clear back within a few days and will be displayed on your next bank statement.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and ask you to kindly accept our apologies. Unfortunately, there was a technical error in our system such as the amount converted in Euros from USD was thrown out of sync.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and once again we do apologize.

Unfortunately they never actually ever issued the credit and it is now months later and customer service will not respond to any of my emails.

The sneakers are great but the company SUCKS.

I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I suggest you do the same

I also ordered from them, and they sent the wrong size shoes, and refuse to take them back the customer service is horrible. They also over charged me claiming it was a glitch on their end!!

Still waiting for the $ back... DO NOT ORDER from them.

I also think many of the items are FAKES. HORRIBLE, save your money!
